Gulf Air will resume its direct Malaga-Bahrain flights this summer

The airline Gulf Air will resume its direct flights between Malaga and Bahrain this summer, which will allow connect to more than a dozen destinations in the Middle East and the Indian Ocean area. Air operations will be available three times a week, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, between June 17 and September 28 of this year.

With this initiative, Gulf Air, the national airline of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has highlighted that it reaffirms its role as bridge between Europe and fast growing regions in the Middle East. The direct link between Malaga airport and Bahrain offers travelers the option of connecting to a wide network of destinations such as Abu Dhabi, Colombo, Dubai, Malé, Jeddah, Riyadh, Bangkok, Muscat, Peshawar, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Islamabad, Lahore or Manila.

“We are delighted to reintroduce our direct route between Malaga and Bahrain,” said the director of the company’s representative office in Spain, Eva Bretos.

It should be noted that flights between Malaga and Bahrain will be operated with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraftas well as that with the resumption of this route, Gulf Air is committed to strengthening commercial, cultural and tourist ties between Spain and these regions.
