Líbere Hospitality expects to invoice €30 million in 2024 with its expansion plan

The short and medium stay accommodation operator Libere Hospitality Group (LHG) has announced today that it closed 2023 with a turnover close to 12 million euros, which represents a growth of 40% compared to the previous year, and expects to complete 2024 with revenues of 30 million euros, which would be 150% more than the previous year. This projection derives from the company’s expansion plan, which plans to open ten new assets in 2024, doubling the operational housing units to reach 900 by the end of the year and reaching 3,000 in total.

According to the company, another of the key pieces in the strategy followed by LHG is the drive for its internationalization, which began in 2023 with the opening of its first asset in the Portuguese market. Libere Lisbon Royal Palace. In 2024, the company plans to sign its first operations also in Italy, where it already has a commercial presence since last year, to expand its presence in southern Europe. Italy represents a key market for LHG, both due to its maturity and its strategic location on the continent and its high tourist attraction, they add.

The results obtained in 2023, with growth above 35% compared to 2022, consolidate our business proposal and our position in Spain as leaders in the field of serviced apartments,” comments Antón de la Rica, Co-CEO of Libere Hospitality Group

“We are at a key moment for our expansion plan, both nationally and internationally, which will continue in 2024 with the eyes on new markets such as the UK, Greece and France. Furthermore, thanks to the capital increase of 6 million euros completed last year and the extraordinary team that makes up the company, we have everything necessary to consolidate our reference position and achieve the established objectives,” concludes de la Rica.

Currently, the company has 32 assets in the portfolio, 18 of them already in operation in a total of twelve cities on the Peninsula. LHG operates under the brands Líbere, B48 and Naitly, and last year it surpassed the figure of 100,000 customers throughout the year and registered more than 3,000 monthly reservations.

These numbers will increase in 2024 with the opening of more than a dozen new assetsincluding cities like Seville.
