Silken Hotels has a turnover of 120 million euros in 2023

Silken Hotels ended the year 2023 with a turnover of 120 million euros, which represents an increase in sales of 18% compared to 2022, and 21% compared to 2019. The chain is confident of maintaining good results and has two openings planned for 2024, as reported in Fitur 2024.

According to the information provided during Fitur2023 was a record year in terms of managed hotels, “a sign of the trust we aroused among the different hotel owners, whether they are family offices or investment funds.”

In 2023, four establishments were incorporated: Apartments Silken Playa de Toró (Llanes), Silken Spa La Hacienda de Don Juan (Llanes), Silken Gate of Irati (Ochagavía) and Silken Platja D’Aro, Girona.

Looking ahead to 2024, the planned investments will be aimed at making buildings more efficient in terms of sustainability, creating smart hotels and being aware that digitalization must be an enabler between customer comfort, critical in our sector, and sustainability.

In turn, this year the hotel has already entered the portfolio Silken Turcosa (Castellón) and later it will be the turn of the Silken SAAJ MAAR (Tenerife) and “as future incorporations are Silken Maravilla Palace (Estepona) and Silken SAAJ Martiánez (Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife)”.
