SmartRental brings at least three accommodation brands to Andalusia

SmartRental Group has launched an “ambitious” growth plan in Andalusia, after signing six assets that will open their doors in the region under their different types of accommodation: hotels, tourist apartments, hostels and colivings.

The short- and medium-stay accommodation manager will enter Seville with two assets of the tourist apartment brand: SmartRental Sevilla Dueñasthe result of the renovation of a building, and SmartRental Seville Puente de Triana, which is under construction and will open its doors this year.

In turn, under the hotel brand Akeahthe group will establish a presence in Córdoba, while with the hostel brand Malacuna It will enter both Córdoba and Málaga.
