The importance of Open Days

In a recent post on LinkedIn, Turijobs explains that open days are “effective and strategic” because companies can show their internal operations and generate at least 5 benefits tangible and intangible:

  1. Promotion of transparency.

By opening their doors to candidates, clients, and other stakeholders, companies demonstrate a commitment to honesty. This act conveys authenticity, trust and clarity to stakeholders, and strengthens business relationships.

  2. Creating personal connections.

These days allow face-to-face interaction that helps build a personal connection between the company and its customers, “which can result in long-term loyalty.” People tend to remember positive experiences, and a well-executed Open Day can leave a lasting impression.

  3. Instant feedback.

Open Days are an opportunity to receive instant feedback. “Direct comments can provide valuable information about brand perception, the quality of products or services and areas for improvement,” they explain in Turijobs. This real-time feedback allows companies to adjust and improve their operations quickly and effectively, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

  4. Strengthening relationships with the community.

By connecting with the community, companies can improve their image and reputation, as well as open doors to collaboration opportunities. Community engagement is not only a corporate social responsibility, but also a smart strategy for building a strong local customer base.

  5. Differentiation in the market.

In a saturated market, standing out from the crowd is essential. Open Days offer companies the opportunity to differentiate themselves by showcasing their values, business culture and unique processes.
