In hotels in St. Petersburg, prices for accommodation increased by 10–25% by March 8

The editors of TourDom.ru continued their review of prices for hotel accommodation on March 8 in popular tourist destinations. Unlike the Moscow region, there are many free places in hotels in St. Petersburg for a three-day weekend – only in some all offers have already ended. At the same time, prices are not very high compared to ordinary days. Obviously, the reason is seasonal – March in St. Petersburg is considered low season. In addition, the choice of hotels in the big city is very wide. Below is an overview of the proposals.

At Lotte Hotel St. Petersburg 5* you can book almost any type of room. From Superior King or Twin (RUB 31,900 per night) to Executive Suite (RUB 88,600 per night).

At Four Seasons Lion Palace 5*, a premium room will cost 35 thousand per night, Four Seasons – 46,400 rubles, luxury – from 68 thousand and above. By the way, on ordinary days the rooms are about 7–9 thousand cheaper. At the 5* Grand Hotel Europe they offer 16 thousand per night in premium, 53 thousand in luxury. The offers in Gamma 5* look more democratic – a double standard will cost 11,600 rubles. per night, suites of different categories – from 34 thousand (on normal days prices are 10% lower).

Some five-star hotels have less choice. The 5* Grand Hotel Emerald still has standard rooms (24 thousand per night), superior rooms (26 thousand), family rooms (35 thousand) and junior suites (31 thousand). Helvetia 5* offers superior rooms for 25,200 rubles. and two more expensive types of accommodation. And in the “Talion Imperial” 5* superior rooms are available – 20-22 thousand per night, junior suites and suites, as well as a family room for 75 thousand (on normal days the prices for these rooms are 4-6 thousand lower).

At the Grand Hotel Moika 22 5*, one night in a Superior room will cost 14,500 rubles, in a deluxe room – 16,500 rubles, in a suite (depending on the category) – from 20,500 to 67,500 rubles. Moreover, on regular days there are even more options for booking, and prices are 25% lower. At Solo Sokos Hotel Palace Bridge 5*, a standard room will cost 15,100 rubles. per night, superior – 17,500 rubles, junior suite – 25 thousand, and luxury – 37 thousand (on normal days prices are 5-6 thousand lower).

As for four-star hotels, there are also plenty of varied offers. For example, in the “Ambassador” 4* a night in a standard room will cost 5,355 rubles, in a superior room – 6,705 rubles, in a junior suite – 9,405 rubles, in a suite – 11,205 rubles. In Lakhta Plaza a 4* studio costs 9 thousand per night, a two-room suite costs 13.5 thousand. There are also family and executive rooms.

At Parklane Resort & Spa 4* there are still standards for 10.5 thousand per night, suites for 25.5 thousand and an executive suite for 27,900 rubles. And in the Cosmos Saint Petersburg Pulkovskaya Hotel 4*, a standard room with breakfast will cost 7100–7600 rubles per night, a superior room – 8100–8600 rubles, a suite – 14,500 rubles.

There are hotels that have set a minimum booking period for the holiday period – for example, in the 4* New Peterhof it is two nights. Standard in this case will cost 20,200 rubles, standard plus – 22,200 rubles, and superior room – 26,200 rubles. (on normal days 3–5 thousand cheaper). And at the Rossiya boutique hotel, in principle, the minimum booking period is three nights. Here you can book only a standard (RUB 31,200 for three nights) or a deluxe suite with a view of the courtyard (RUB 41,700).

Discounts on bookings during the holidays were found at the Hermitage 5* – 25% from March 6 to 11. Taking into account this discount, a one-night stay in premium will cost 10,500 rubles, in superior – 12 thousand, in deluxe – 13,500 rubles, in junior suite – 15 thousand, in suite – 18 thousand, in the Hermitage suite ” – 31,500, and in the imperial suite – 39 thousand.

Reservations for holidays are not available in hotels such as SO/St. Peterburg 5*, Piterland 4* and Kravt Nevsky Hotel & Spa 4*.

Previously, we told you which premium hotels in Sochi you can relax in on March 8th – there are plenty of free rooms, but prices have increased markedly for the holidays. But in the Moscow region the picture is a little different – everything has also become more expensive, but there are fewer and fewer places left.
