Slovenian visa centers will not be open in July

Slovenia visa centers will be closed throughout July, reports operator VFS Global. At this time, documents will not be accepted there, and the country’s embassy will suspend consideration of previously received applications. Work will resume on August 1.

This will happen due to the temporary closure of the consular center at the Slovenian Embassy. It is still unknown why he is going on a month-long vacation.

It is worth noting that many countries currently do not issue Schengen visas to Russians. Slovenia is one of the countries where you can get a European visa. Suspension of the centers will not create serious problems: Russian citizens will be able to obtain Schengen through France, Italy, Spain, etc.

Earlier, TourDom.ru wrote that the price of a short-term Schengen visa will increase by 12%. For Russians, it will cost 90 euros instead of 80. A document for children from 6 to 12 years old will cost 45 euros.
