The complaint of British tourists about Spain: “we will not return”

“To travel is to discover that everyone makes mistakes.” Aldous Huxley.

Apparently the price of alcoholic beverages scares the british tourists. The high price, I mean. Inflation and possibly the ambition of some hoteliers, in this case from the sadly iconic Magaluf, has caused prices to increase. And British tourists get angry: “It’s the last time we pay a gin tonic for ten euros”says the Daily Mirror newspaper what these inhabitants of the British Isles say.

Another Anglo-Saxon woman has made some statements that deserve to be noted. Who knows why a newspaper went to ask her, who knows why she wanted to answer. But this is what she said: “the measures are much smaller. Before, they filled the glass three-quarters full with gin. Now it’s less than half.”. I can’t imagine what a gin and tonic tastes like with those disproportions: three quarters gin, a quarter poor judgment and the rest is indifferent. Emboling as a measure of time and vacations.
